2. Trip Cancellation by the Captain

2.1 Only the Captain has the authority to cancel a trip due to bad weather, unsafe conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. The Captain's decision is final and made in the best interest of the safety and well-being of all passengers and crew.

3. Rescheduling Policy

3.1 If the Captain cancels a trip, we offer the opportunity to reschedule your trip to another available date at no additional cost.

3.2 Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be arranged directly with us within 30 days of the original trip date.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 A deposit of $100 USD is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

4.2 The balance is due on the day of the scheduled trip date.

4.3 Payments can be made via cash or card.

5. Safety and Conduct

5.1 All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by the Captain and crew at all times.

5.2 Any behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate by the Captain may result in the termination of the trip without a refund.

6. Liability

6.1 Top Notch Sportfishing Charters and its employees are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the trip.

6.2 Passengers participate in activities at their own risk and are advised to take out personal insurance if necessary.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1 Top Notch Sportfishing Charters reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
